Just in time for Halloween: The people at Universal Studios in Florida have begun rebuilding the notorious house Norman and Mrs. Bates “lived” in in the Alfred Hitchcock film “Psycho.” Along with the “Psycho” house, the Bates Motel is also being re-created.
