Janecyk Assigned to New Haven

The Kings assigned Bob Janecyk, their No. 1 goalie during the 1984-85 season, to their American Hockey League affiliate in New Haven, Conn., Thursday.

Twenty-one other players were also assigned to New Haven, including goalie Al Loring, defensemen Eric Germain and Denis Larocque and center Sylvain Courturier. Defenseman Paul Holden was returned to his junior-league team in London, Canada, but remains a property of the Kings.
