Funds Arranged for Agoura Hills Business Center

Permanent financing of $19 million has been arranged for the Agoura Hills Business Center by Wells Fargo Realty Finance of Santa Monica.

A project of Dale Poe Development, the 400,000-square-foot industrial complex is on a 31.4-acre site at 5303-41 Derry Ave., Agoura Hills.
