To all the spoilsports complaining about NBC’s coverage of the XXIV Olympiad: raspberries! (Letters, Sept. 25 and Oct. 2)
Even with all of the commercials (probably no more than ABC had in past coverage), I will take NBC’s coverage over ABC and its geriatric squad any day.
As long as television is a free-market enterprise and not government-owned, I will put up with the commercials.
