Products Research Acquires C.P. Waggoner, A-1 Plastics

Products Research & Chemical in Glendale said it acquired C.P. Waggoner and its sister company, A-1 Plastics, from Adacorp of Carrollton, Tex. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Waggoner, based in Grand Prairie, Tex., and Dallas-based A-1 Plastics distribute Products Research’s sealants, coatings and other specialty chemicals to the aerospace industry.

The acquisition will enable Products Research to “provide more comprehensive service” to major customers in Texas and surrounding states, Products Research President Dean M. Willard said.
