CPC International Inc., Englewood Cliffs, N.J., one of the nation’s largest food companies, has elected Richard W. Siebrasse vice chairman and president. Siebrasse, 62, previously was a corporate executive vice president. He will continue to head the company’s four-division worldwide consumer foods group. CPC’s products include Hellman’s mayonnaise, Skippy peanut butter and Knorr’s soups.
