Adnan Khashoggi, wanted in the United States on racketeering charges, is in Saudi Arabia, according to the manager of the Saudi financier’s Riyadh office. An arrest warrant has been issued in the United States for Khashoggi in connection with fraud and racketeering charges filed against deposed Philippine President Ferdinand E. Marcos and his wife, Imelda. Khashoggi is accused of acting as a front for Marcos to help divert assets and hide Marcos’ ownership of real estate and works of art.
