Kings in Quebec After Tough Loss
QUEBEC CITY —
The Kings, still reeling from the late but great comeback the Winnipeg Jets made Sunday night, arrived here Monday afternoon for tonight’s game against the Nordiques, the third in this 6-game trip.
On Sunday, the Jets scored 6 unanswered goals in the third period to defeat the Kings, 8-4.
The Nordiques are coming off a 3-2 victory over the New York Islanders on Saturday, but they are only 5-7, good for fourth place in the Adams Division.
The Kings played the Nordiques 3 times last season, winning both games at the Forum and losing here.
