Need somebody to love? Felt the need to feed your head lately? Then you might welcome the news that former Jefferson Airplane bandmates Grace Slick, Paul Kantner, Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady are working together on new material, with a view towards rehearsing the stuff throughout the month and then, perhaps, taking the new tunes on the road. Kantner spokeswoman Cynthia Bowman confirmed the Airplane reunion as definite, but added the quartet is talking to Warner Bros. and MCA Records about deals--a detail that both companies denied Tuesday.
