The Final Days of the Fall Presidential Campaign

The GOP is regarded as the “party of the future.” As a teen-age voter, I believe the younger generation is prone to vote Republican because of the advancements in today’s society. The American economy, for example, has grown, and opportunity is flourishing as a result of the Reagan-Bush Administration. In 1980, the Democrats left a towering interest rate which the Republicans have cut by more than half. In addition, an unemployment rate of 5.6% in May, 1988, proves that the Republican Administration is successful in bringing about a prosperous America. This increase in the number of job opportunities has won the support of many younger voters.

People who grew up in the ‘60s and ‘70s have political opinions that are stuck in anti-Establishment liberal thought.
