If one jazz-oriented album makes the Billboard magazine pop Top 10 in a year, it’s remarkable, and two is downright shocking. How about two in the Top 10 at the same time? Then it’s time to notify the Guinness Book of Records. Anita Baker’s sky-rocketing “Giving You the Best That I Got” (No. 7) has joined Bobby McFerrin’s ‘Simple Pleasures.” Ozzy Osbourne, the grand old man of heavy metal, is doing better than a lot of the youngsters in the genre. His new one, “No Rest for the Wicked,” is already No. 15. And Duran Duran’s “Big Thing,” is No. 31 after two weeks.

* Don Johnson, Barbra Streisand’s partner at home and on record, took a vicious critical lashing for his vocals on their duet single--”Till I Loved You.” But the single is a fast-rising No. 38. Her “Till I Loved You” album, which some critics like despite the single, debuted at No. 42.
