Students Against a Vanishing Environment, a student club at Dana Hills High School, will conduct a beach cleanup campaign from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Trestles Beach in San Clemente.

SAVE has formally adopted Trestles in conjunction with the California Coastal Commission’s Adopt-a-Beach program, which was started to educate high school students about pollution as well as to preserve the beaches.

Public support and volunteers will be greatly appreciated, said Flora Lu, president of the campus club. For more information, call (714) 661-6319.
