Acaciawood Village, a 123-unit, $6-million senior citizen project, has opened at 1415 W. Ball Road in Anaheim.
Designed by John E. Wells & Associates, its features include laundry rooms on each floor and more than 4,000 square feet of community rooms that include a library, music room, billiard room and a television/entertainment center. Acaciawood Village, a development of Frank de Luna & Co., will provide private club membership in the “Manor Club.” Rentals range from $585 to $600.
