Pepperdine Is Beaten by Athletes in Action

Anthony Watson scored 31 points Saturday to pace Athletes in Action to a 95-75 victory over Pepperdine in an exhibition basketball game at Firestone Fieldhouse in Malibu.
The Waves, playing under new Coach Tom Asbury, were led by Tom Lewis with 14 points and Casey Crawford with 13.
