Robert H. Dottai has been named president of Litton Federal Credit Union in Chatsworth. Dottai, 53, worked for Security Pacific National Bank for 28 years and was most recently a vice president there. Litton Federal is a $250-million national credit union with more than 60,000 members in 40 states. The credit union is sponsored by aerospace giant Litton Industries.
