Chicago Bears Coach Mike Ditka went home from the hospital Wednesday evening, only a week after suffering a mild heart attack, and he could be back on the sidelines in 2 1/2 weeks, doctors said.

Ditka’s doctor said he would be allowed to coach the Bears from the press box Nov. 20 and return to the sideline full-time the following Sunday.
