Replay Is Available, So It Should Be Used
I don’t understand the philosophy of the NFL officials on the use of the replay review cameras. Twice in the last 2 weeks, the replay footage has shown Ram opponent receivers to be clearly juggling balls while out of bounds. The officials, however, refused to use the review film on these plays, but they did review an Eagle catch by a receiver who was more than a foot in bounds.
If I were John Robinson, I would ask the commissioner why the NFL has these review cameras on the field if the officials refuse to use them in questionable-call situations.
