Ward Processing Center Planned

King/Guanci Development Co., a Newport Beach Industrial Real Estate developer with offices in Boston, and Copley Real Estate Advisors (an affiliate of the New England Mutual Life Insurance Co.) have entered into a joint-venture agreement to develop the largest single-building facility in Chino.
The $25-million facility, Montgomery Ward & Co. West Coast Combined Processing and Distribution Center, will be located on 30 acres at 14141 Yorba Ave. The project is designed by Architect Orange, Orange. Saffell & McAdam Inc. of Irvine, is the general contractor.
