Blast Rips Building in Hungary; 3 Killed

BUDAPEST, Hungary —
An explosion believed caused by natural gas tore through an apartment building Monday, killing three people, Hungarian radio reported.
The blast wrecked 10 apartments in the 63-apartment block and shattered windows in neighboring buildings, the radio said.
