Kenneth E. Hulbert, a vice president and managing partner of the Burke Commercial Real Estate office in Orange since 1983, was named president of the Irvine brokerage. . . . TCW Realty Advisors, Los Angeles, bought a 253,000-square-foot industrial building at 7400 Hazard Ave., Westminster, for $12 million from Lincoln Properties Co., Irvine. McDonnell Douglas is one of the tenants. . . . Century American Homes, an Orange home builder, said its investment division bought two office buildings totaling 52,000 square feet on South Pointe Drive in Lake Forest for $6.4 million from the Krist Trust. AT & T leases one of the buildings.
