Casino-Bound Bus Flips; 49 Hurt

TINTON FALLS, N.J. —
A tour bus from Brooklyn, N.Y., bound for an Atlantic City casino overturned on the Garden State Parkway today, trapping several senior citizens inside and injuring all 48 elderly passengers and the driver.
New Jersey State Police Lt. Barry Roberson said four people suffered major injuries, 15 suffered serious injuries and 30 had minor bumps and bruises. State police are trying to learn the cause of the accident, which forced the closing of the highway for a short period, he said.
