Columbia Pictures Entertainment agreed to sell television rights for 375 existing and future movies to British Satellite Broadcasting for more than $160 million, the companies said. The films include “Ghostbusters II,” “Steel Magnolias,” “The Last Emperor” and other titles from Columbia’s Tri-Star and Columbia Pictures units. British Satellite Broadcasting expects to launch three pay and commercial television channels in Britain next September.
