A Knoxville, Tenn., soft-drink bottler was fined $1 million after pleading guilty to price-fixing in a dozen east Tennessee counties in 1983. Robert J. Habig, vice president of Atlantic Soft Drink Co., entered the guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Knoxville on behalf of the company’s board of directors.
