* Bill Clark has been named president of Shamrock Broadcasting in Burbank. Shamrock Broadcasting, part of Roy E. Disney’s Shamrock Holdings, owns and operates 15 radio stations and three television stations. Clark, 55, has been president of Shamrock’s radio division since 1981.
