In the arts: The dedication of the site of the new Newport Harbor Art Museum is scheduled for Friday. The $20-million facility, designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, is planned for the 10.5-acre site in Corona del Mar that was donated to the museum by the Irvine Co.
