Uniformed Guards at Polling Places
I am puzzled by the Democrats’ suit against the uniformed personnel and the signs saying it is a felony for a non-citizen to vote near polling places.
The suit may be capricious or political sour grapes, but if anyone has even the slightest suspicion that non-citizens are voting, shouldn’t the Democrats rather call for a sweeping nonpartisan investigation of the rolls of the registered voters?
Evidently someone has such suspicions, and I think such an investigation is indicated.
Is it possible that the Democrats are not interested in maintaining the integrity of the voting process? Or should I infer that the Democrats are working toward a new civil right, namely the right to vote in U.S. elections the minute you are safely across the border?
