Final Phase of Westlake Village Project Opens

Saying that it is responding to local demand for large home sites, a joint venture of Kendall Construction and the Anden Group will open the final phase of its High Country at North Ranch in Westlake Village.

The final 18 lots in the 55-parcel development go on sale this weekend, at 5045 Kanan Road. Lots range from 1 1/3 to 5 acres, with prices ranging from $380,000 to $640,000.
