KaiserTech Ltd., Oakland, has named Chief Executive James S. Pasman Jr. to the additional post of chairman. Vice President A. S. Hutchcraft Jr. has been named president. Pasman and Hutchcraft will continue to serve as chairman and president, respectively, of Kaiser Aluminum & Chemical, KaiserTech’s operating subsidiary. They are directors of both firms. KaiserTech is a subsidiary of Maxxam.
