Parsow Raises Stake in Comarco to 7.26%

Parsow Partnership Ltd., of Elkhorn, Neb., said it raised its stake in Comarco Inc., an Anaheim-based computer company, to 7.26% of the company’s outstanding common stock, from 5.8%.

In a Securities and Exchange Commission filing, Parsow said it bought 62,600 additional shares of Comarco within the past 60 days at $3.05 to $3.30 a share, increasing its holding to 319,100 shares. The partnership said it holds the stake in Comarco for investment.
