Michael McNerney has been named executive vice president and general manager of Filon, which makes fiberglass paneling and is based in Hawthorne. Larry McKeown has been named vice president-planning and control, succeeding McNerney in that position. McKeown previously was chief financial officer at Isys Security Systems.
