TV Helps Capture Fugitive
GULFPORT, Miss. — One of the FBI’s 10 most wanted fugitives has been captured after a tip from a viewer who had seen the suspect on a television show about criminals. The FBI said Steven Ray Stout, 32, was arrested Tuesday by FBI agents and Gulfport police on charges of murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
