Michael P. Bissell has been appointed president of Regis Management Co., the property management subsidiary of Regis Homes Corp., Newport Beach. He succeeds Robert Turanchik, who left the company. Previously, Bissell was executive vice president and head of operations for Western National Management Co. Before that, he was with the Irvine Co., Vail Associates and IDM Corp. in various management capacities.
