Veteran broadcast journalist David Brinkley will conduct a one-on-one interview with President Reagan in the Oval Office on Dec. 21 that will be broadcast the next night at 10 p.m., ABC said Monday. Reagan will be asked to reflect on his eight years as chief executive and his future plans.
