5 Die When Truck Loses Wheel, Slams Into Car

GLENVILLE, W.Va. —
A truck lost a wheel and careened out of control on a highway, slamming into an oncoming car and killing a family of five, authorities said Monday.
The truck driver suffered minor injuries in the accident Sunday, officials said. No charges were filed.
