In response to changing Soviet policies, Washington’s largest law firm announced a new U.S.-Soviet effort to encourage joint economic ventures in the Soviet Union. Officials of the Arnold & Porter law firm said their affiliate company, APCO Associates, would work with INFEKS, a Soviet cooperative, to help arrange the ventures.
