Home Builder Buys Rancho Bernardo Land
Two Rancho Bernardo parcels totaling about 40 acres have been purchased for $11.7 million by Kaufman & Broad of San Diego, from Beck Development Co.
A 157-home project is planned on the site, west of West Bernardo Drive and north of Matinal Road.
