Ignacio E. Lozano Jr., editor in chief of the Spanish-language newspaper La Opinion, was appointed a director of the Los Angeles branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. He succeeds real estate developer William L. Tooley, who was promoted to the bank’s head office.
