Five County Surfers Advance in Hawaii

Five surfers from Orange County advanced Tuesday in the first round of the Billabong Pro event off Sunset Beach in Hawaii.

Dino Andino of San Clemente, Chris Billy of San Juan Capistrano, Jeff Booth of Laguna Beach, Jim Hogan of Capistrano Beach and Noah Budroe of Huntington Beach all qualified for the today’s second round. Tuesday’s competition was held in 4-to-8-foot waves.
