Commercial Center Development, a commercial developer specializing in retail shopping centers and malls, has relocated its corporate headquarters.

The company is now housed in 6,000-square-foot offices on Newport Boulevard in Newport Beach. The space has been taken under a 3-year lease from Newport Peninsula Center Assn.

President Stephen J. Cloobeck said the company was outgrowing its previous space in El Toro and needed more space.
