Vietnam has told the United States that it will return the apparent remains of 25 Americans killed in the Vietnam War and also let five U.S. teams into the country to investigate incidents involving missing Americans, Pentagon officials said. The 25 sets of remains will be repatriated Jan. 23 when an American cargo plane flies to Hanoi. The remains will then be flown to Hawaii for identification. The five teams of specialists will arrive in Hanoi this weekend to work with Vietnamese counterparts in the fourth such 10-day joint mission.
