Bankruptcy Court Takes Space in Tower

Five U.S. bankruptcy courtrooms with 16,500 square feet of space have been leased at Figueroa Plaza Tower I, 201 N. Figueroa St., and the courts are now in session.

The five-year lease was valued at $2.5 million. Both the courts and RCI, owner of the property, were represented by Cushman Realty.
