Local News in Brief : Police Seek Gunman in Van Nuys Bar Slaying
Los Angeles police were searching Sunday for a man who shot and killed another man after the two quarreled in a Van Nuys bar.
Jose Meza Delgadillo, 28, of Van Nuys died from a gunshot wound to the head after the argument in El Rosarito Cantina in the 13700 block of Vanowen Street. Police discovered the victim’s body in the parking lot behind the bar at about 6:45 p.m. Saturday after witnesses reported hearing gunshots.
Police refused to release the suspect’s name or to provide further details about the case.
