Local News in Brief : City Tour to Open Bradley Campaign
Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley will officially begin his campaign for a fifth term Wednesday with a tour of the city that will begin at 5:30 a.m. with a visit to the Produce Market near downtown.
The mayor is a heavy favorite to be reelected. He is expected to be opposed by several little-known opponents and by City Councilman Nate Holden and former Los Angeles County Supervisor Baxter Ward.
On Wednesday, Bradley will also visit the harbor, the San Fernando Valley, the Fairfax District and East Los Angeles.
