Outfielder Albert Hall of the Atlanta Braves...
Outfielder Albert Hall of the Atlanta Braves lost his salary arbitration case, giving owners a 2-0 lead over players in cases decided so far.
Arbitrator Glenn Wong decided that Hall will get $250,000, the same salary he made last year. Hall, who had asked for $310,000, batted .247 last season with 1 home run, 15 runs batted in and 15 stolen bases.
In the only other case decided so far, outfielder Dion James of the Braves also lost. He had sought $550,000 but will get the $400,000 offered by the Braves.
