Romantic Notions : Actress Diane Lane Shows Off Sweetheart Styles and Gifts

Given the return of romantic traditions, “dangerous liaisons” might not be stylish this Valentine’s Day, but “dangerous lingerie” is. At the same time, designer Josie Natori says there’s a new category of intimate apparel: “cocooning clothes,” lavish fashions for the home. “I like opulence,” she says, “not necessarily lingerie meant to seduce a man.” Here, actress Diane Lane blends the two: Under her robe are a velvet bustier and satin boxers--traditional but definitely dangerous. Lane appears in “Lonesome Dove,” starting tonight on CBS.
