C. Ronald Kimberling is resigning as executive director of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation to join Encino-based United Education & Software as vice president/internal audit and government affairs.
As executive director of the foundation, Kimberling was responsible for planning, financing and developing the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Center for Public Affairs near Simi Valley.
Kimberling had served from 1985 to 1988 as assistant secretary for post-secondary education for the U.S. Department of Education.
