Some Carmel residents have had enough of show business. Fed up with fame and overdosed on tourists after the days of Mayor Clint Eastwood, some of the locals in the picturesque coastal village are balking at letting Henry Winkler and Tom Hanks make a Disney movie there. City Council members reviewed the matter Tuesday and will vote on it March 7. If approved, five days of outdoor shooting on “Turner and Hooch” would take place in April, with stars Hanks, Mare Winningham and a big dog named Beasley involved.
