Richard C. Celio has joined Carl Karcher Enterprises in the new position of vice president and corporate counsel. Previously, he was a partner in the law firm of Holden, Fergus & Celio. Carl Karcher Enterprises is the parent for more than 480 Carl’s Jr. restaurants in California, Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.
