Project Will Offer Choices

Ground breaking will be held Thursday for a business facility in Chatsworth that is being “prepped up front” to enable businesses to decide whether they will use the space as light industrial, research and development or offices, according to an announcement by the developer, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes.

The $20-million, 200,000-square-foot project is being built by Oltmans Construction and designed by Barasch Architects on 10 acres fronting Topanga Canyon Boulevard between Prairie Street and Jordan Avenue.

The 110,000-square-foot first phase is expected to be completed in June.
