After a three-day halt in production, Disney/Touchstone’s “Turner and Hootch” resumed filming Monday with a new director, Richard Spottiswoode. He replaces Henry Winkler, who left because of creative differences with Disney over the film, which stars Tom Hanks and a dog. Spottiswoode’s credits include “Shoot to Kill,” “Under Fire” and “The Best of Times.”
